For complete assembly you must either have a current Vanjen System on your Race Truck, or purchase a Complete assembly that does require welding to make our HD Clamp function!
How does it Work?
Underneath our HD Clamp are two flanges, 2 Orings and 1 Sleeve (SLEEVE AND ORINGS NOT INCLUDED)! If fabricated correctly this allows for the "turbo piping" to rotate inside of the clamp, which BOOST PRESSURE is sealed by the "Sleeve over the ORings"

What's it made from?
6061 BILLET Aluminum 1.5" Thick Stock! Yes, our HD Clamp is engineered for "ALL THE BOOST!" 100% made in house on our VF3SS Haas Machine! Each half has precision milled dowel pins that center the clamp when installing and 2 M5 18mm Long socket head bolts to "Lock" the clamp into its final assembly!

Are you upgrading to our clamp? If so please make sure your current clamp Rotates 360 degrees without touching any surrounding parts! PLEASE NOTE: If the clamp hits any object while rotating, our clamp will "NOT WORK"!
